Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.40, with double pay on bank holidays. Additionally, you will receive fully paid Care Certificate training after your probation period, as well as a paid Shadowing visit and PAID DBS.
Job DescriptionAs a CAREProfessional, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, such as meals and shopping, light housework, and medication reminders. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional care.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need a full Driving licence and own vehicle, due to the nature of our business. We also expect our team members to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
