About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily living needs, providing companionship and promoting independence. You will work closely with our experienced care teams to deliver high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of each resident.

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be empathetic and warm-hearted, with a genuine interest in helping others. Salary
