As a CARE Professional with Home Instead, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Your Responsibilities:
As a CARE Professional, you will be responsible for providing a range of services to support older adults in their own homes. This may include assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and reporting any concerns or issues to our management team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a kind and compassionate nature, with a strong desire to support others. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred, but not required. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
