Care and Companionship Provider

We are seeking a Non Medical Support Professional to join our team in Bourne. As a key member of our care team, you will provide non-medical support services to help our clients maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
The ideal candidate will possess kind and compassionate qualities, with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others. Previous experience working in a care setting or interacting with older adults is beneficial but not required.
As a Non Medical Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and companionship to our clients, while promoting their dignity and well-being. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical support services to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
- Engage in conversation and social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Report any changes in client condition or concerns to the care team
Salary: £10.50 per hour
