Elderly Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as an Elderly Care Team Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the work of Care Assistants to ensure effective delivery of care services
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
* Collaborate with the clinical team to provide support in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
Requirements and Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
