Jupiter Recruitment is a leading healthcare provider seeking an exceptional Nurse to fill the role of Deputy Home Manager in our state-of-the-art care home in Lincolnshire.

We offer an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Care Delivery: Ensure that our residents receive personalized care tailored to their needs, assessing and continually reviewing their physical, social, and psychological requirements.
  • Care Plan Development: Develop, review, and update care plans to meet our clients' evolving needs, working closely with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with visitors, including family members, friends, and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism while providing empathetic support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices, guaranteeing the highest standards of care within our facilities.
  • Meds Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and administration of medications to our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Nursing Leadership: As a deputy manager, you will promote excellence in nursing practice among your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve seamless shift operations.
