Customer Sales Support Specialist Role

We are on the lookout for a Customer Sales Support Specialist to become a vital part of our energetic team. The selected individual will be instrumental in delivering exceptional assistance to our clientele, Sales personnel, Customer Relationship Managers, and Franchise partners in a prompt and professional manner.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner
  • Providing pricing requests and essential customs information
  • Facilitating the setup of new customer accounts and inputting sales leads into our systems
  • Managing quote modifications and necessary account documentation
  • Addressing inquiries from Sales/Customer Relationship Managers and external clients
  • Overseeing customer maintenance requests and notifications
  • Collaborating with relevant departments on Salesforce tasks
  • Establishing and managing customer logins
  • Processing requests for customer stationery

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive administrative and customer service experience, ideally within a sales context. Essential attributes include strong organizational capabilities, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Additional qualifications include:

  • Expertise in Microsoft and G Suite applications; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management skills
