Role Overview
Our Sales and CRM Support Team Manager is seeking a dedicated Sales and CRM Support Agent to join our dynamic and supportive team at our Head Office in Smethwick.
As a Sales and CRM Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding assistance to our clients, Sales, Customer Relationship Managers, and Franchisees, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Process customer pricing requests and provide relevant customs information
- Address new customer account inquiries and input new sales leads into Salesforce
- Complete new account documentation
- Adjust quotes as necessary
- Respond to incoming communications from Sales/Customer Relationship Managers/Franchisees and external clients, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Handle customer maintenance requests in internal systems, including notifications and delivery actions
- Process Salesforce request forms and communicate changes to relevant departments
- Create and manage customer logins for the MyDPD shipping platform
- Assist with customer stationery requests, verifying required quantities using Analytics
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative and customer support roles, preferably within a sales environment. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting is essential.
Your strong organizational, customer service, and computer skills will be fully utilized in this position. Additionally, you should possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a confident telephone demeanor
- Experience managing high volumes of customer interactions
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work while managing time effectively
