Job Title: Sales Performance Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Executive to join our team at DPDgroup. As a Sales Performance Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality prospect appointments for our Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and gather comprehensive information relating to potential new business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers to gain commitment to an appointment.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of prospect shipping requirements and contact details.
- Update and maintain all internal systems.
- Liaise with FSEs and Sales Managers.
Requirements:
- Prior outbound calling experience in Business to Business or Business to Consumer.
- Strong telephone manner.
- High attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Knowledge of navigating CRM systems or databases.
- Self-motivated and resilient.
- Target-driven and the ability to engage with key decision makers.
