Job Title: Telesales and Direct Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales and Direct Sales Professional to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality prospect appointments for our Field Sales Executives (FSEs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and gather comprehensive information relating to potential new business opportunities.
  • Contact potential customers to gain commitment to an appointment.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of prospect shipping requirements and contact details.
  • Liaise with FSEs and Sales Managers.
  • Promote Company products and services along with the benefits to potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Prior outbound calling experience in Business to Business or Business to Consumer.
  • Strong telephone manner, high attention to detail, and organisation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, knowledge of navigating CRM systems or databases.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, target-driven, and the ability to engage with key decision-makers.
