Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Sales Coordinator to become a vital part of our esteemed Sales and CRM Support Team. This position is integral to our operations and focuses on delivering outstanding assistance to our clients, as well as our Sales and Customer Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Process customer pricing requests and provide essential customs information.
  • Handle new customer account inquiries and input new sales leads into our CRM system.
  • Facilitate the completion of new account documentation.
  • Adjust quotes as necessary and manage customer maintenance requests in our internal systems.
  • Respond to inquiries from Sales and Customer Relationship Managers, Franchisees, and external clients efficiently.
  • Process Salesforce request forms and communicate necessary changes to relevant departments.
  • Create and manage customer accounts for our shipping platform.
  • Oversee customer stationery requests and analyze required volumes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in administrative and customer support roles, preferably within a sales-oriented environment. The ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting is essential.

Your strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and proficiency in computer applications will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a confident telephone demeanor.
  • Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work while managing time effectively.
