Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and optimize the sales order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage and support a team of 5, including the credit control team, to achieve performance goals.
- Manage sickness, absence, performance development, and conduct one-to-ones when required.
- Manage the sales orders process for both UK and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
