Customer Experience Team Leader

Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team at Kerry Collins Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize sales order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage and support a team of 5, including the credit control team, to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage sickness, absence, performance development, and conduct one-to-ones as required.
  • Manage sales orders for both UK and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Be the main point of contact for escalations and communication between the warehouse, factory, and other internal departments.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Engage with UK and international customers via phone, email, or chat to schedule field service bookings based on their preference and service availability.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasting reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Team Leader, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and sales order processing/administration.
  • Knowledge of Exports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
