Position Overview

DPD Group UK is seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Sales Coordination Specialist to enhance our dynamic Sales and CRM Support Team. This role is integral to ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support.

As a Customer Support and Sales Coordination Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional assistance to our clientele, as well as to our Sales and Customer Relationship Managers. You will ensure that all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Process customer pricing requests and provide relevant information regarding customs.
  • Handle inquiries related to new customer accounts and input new sales leads into our CRM system.
  • Facilitate the completion of new account documentation.
  • Adjust quotes as necessary and manage related communications.
  • Respond to inquiries from Sales and Customer Relationship Managers, Franchisees, and external clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute customer maintenance requests in our internal systems, including notifications and delivery actions.
  • Process request forms in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant departments are informed of updates.
  • Create and manage customer accounts for our shipping platform.
  • Address requests for customer stationery, verifying required quantities using analytics tools.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative and customer support roles, preferably within a sales-oriented environment. You should thrive in a fast-paced setting and demonstrate strong organizational and customer service skills.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a confident telephone demeanor.
  • Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work while managing time effectively.
