Job Title: Lettings Manager - Estate Agency
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, ensuring that legal tenancy agreements are executed compliantly, and maintaining a high level of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Development: Carry out regular coaching, feedback, and one-to-one sessions with staff to support skills development and ensure that they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Tenancy Agreements: Ensure that legal tenancy agreements are executed compliantly and in a way that maintains a high level of customer care.
- Annual Budgeting: Work on the annual budgeting process, proposing suitable income and cost levels for the branch.
- Market Research: Proactively research the local market, competitors within this region, and establish ways to develop a competitive advantage through local networking.
- Client and Tenant Updates: Ensure that any Client / Tenant / Property details that change during the tenancy are updated on the relevant systems and communicated to other relevant divisions within Lettings.
- Relationship Building: Proactively develop strong relationships with other departments within the firm.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to work with and to refer business to other departments/divisions.
- Market Share: Enhance and build on the market share.
- Valuations and Marketing: Attend valuations and market properties.
- Tenancy Terminations: Ensure that terminations, refunds, and deposit releases are executed correctly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Polished and Well-Presented: Be polished and well-presented, with a positive attitude and a full and clean UK Driver's License.
- Experience: Have experience in Residential Lettings, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership Skills: Have the ability to develop and motivate those around you.
- Customer Service: Be willing to exceed expectations through great customer service skills.
- Honesty and Trustworthiness: Be honest and trustworthy.
