Job Title: Estate Agency Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our property recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our estate agency clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Development: Provide regular coaching, feedback, and one-to-one sessions with staff to support their skills development and career growth.
- Compliance and Customer Care: Ensure that legal tenancy agreements are executed compliantly and in a way that maintains a high level of customer care.
- Business Planning and Budgeting: Work with the Director to develop and implement business strategies, and participate in the annual budgeting process to propose suitable income and cost levels for the branch.
- Market Research and Analysis: Proactively research the local market, competitors, and establish ways to develop a competitive advantage through local networking.
- Client and Tenant Management: Ensure that any Client/Tenant/Property details that change during the tenancy are updated on the relevant systems and communicated to other relevant divisions within Lettings.
- Relationship Building: Proactively develop strong relationships with other departments within the firm, and identify opportunities to work with and refer business to other departments/divisions.
- Market Share and Growth: Enhance and build on the market share, and attend valuations to ensure that properties are accurately valued and marketed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that terminations, refunds, and deposit releases are executed correctly and efficiently, and provide excellent customer service skills to exceed expectations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Polished and Well-Presented: A polished and well-presented individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Dedicated and Dynamic: A dedicated and dynamic individual who is able to motivate and develop those around them.
- Full and Clean UK Driver's Licence: A full and clean UK driver's licence is essential for this role.
- Experience in Residential Lettings: Experience in residential lettings is essential for this role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- Ability to Develop and Motivate: The ability to develop and motivate those around you is essential for this role.
- Willingness to Exceed Expectations: A willingness to exceed expectations through great customer service skills is required for this role.
