Role Overview

Our Sales and CRM Support Team Manager is on the lookout for a Sales and CRM Support Agent to join a dedicated and skilled team at our Head Office in Smethwick.

As a Sales and CRM Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional assistance to our clients, as well as our Sales and Customer Relationship Managers, ensuring that all inquiries are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound customer communications via calls and emails promptly and professionally, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Providing customers with pricing information and relevant customs guidance.
  • Handling inquiries related to new customer accounts and entering sales leads into our CRM system.
  • Processing necessary documentation for new accounts.
  • Updating quotes as required.
  • Responding to inquiries from Sales/Customer Relationship Managers and external clients efficiently.
  • Managing customer maintenance requests within our internal systems.
  • Processing requests in our CRM and ensuring all relevant teams are informed of updates.
  • Creating and maintaining customer access for our shipping platform.
  • Handling requests for customer materials and verifying required quantities.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative and customer support roles, preferably within a sales-oriented environment. A capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting is essential.

Your organizational skills, customer service expertise, and computer proficiency will be crucial in this position. Additionally, you should have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a confident phone demeanor.
  • Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work while managing time effectively.
