Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team in Smethwick. As a key member of our export operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales order processing activities, managing a team of 5, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders for both UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 5 to achieve performance goals, manage sickness, absence, performance development, and carry out one-to-ones when required.
- Export Operations: Manage the sales orders process for both UK and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Customer Communication: Be the main point of contact for escalations and communication between the warehouse, factory, and other internal departments.
- Reporting: Prepare the monthly sales forecasting reports.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with UK and international customers via the telephone, email, or chat to schedule field service bookings based on their preference and service availability.
Requirements:
- Team Leadership Experience: Previous experience working as a Team Leader, ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
- Export Knowledge: Experience in a manufacturing environment and sales order processing/administration, knowledge of Exports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with an enhanced pension scheme, a perk box subscription, BHSF Health Scheme, and a fantastic employee awards package.
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
