Job Title: Help Point Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Help Point Advisor to join our Shared Services team in Gateshead. As a Help Point Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, providing product and service information, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and requests
  • Collaborate with regional operational management and subcontractors to achieve client and internal KPIs
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate and respond to client quotes, queries, and instructions in line with relevant SLAs

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common management and CRM software
