We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Inquiries and Concerns: Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate payment plans with customers, communicating effectively to ensure understanding and agreement.
  • Account Management: Update customer accounts and address any queries efficiently, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and Compliance: Review customer information according to company standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Company Guidelines: Follow company guidelines and regulations, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with Whistl's policies and procedures.
Working Hours and Benefits
  • Working Hours: This is a full-time position, requiring a 40-hour workweek. Shifts will be rotating, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm, with occasional Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
