Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Process and validate promotional claims efficiently and effectively
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the management team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with client service level agreements
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills (C1 ability)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel)
  • Good understanding of GDPR practices
  • Empathetic listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
