Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Outbound Customer Service team in Gateshead. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound customer service calls to existing customers, keeping them informed of updates.
  • Provide product and service information, responding to customer queries with excellent communication skills.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective problem-solving.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our client's system.
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments to promptly resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in outbound customer service or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with in-house systems and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
