About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
