Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate information and guidance to our customers, resolving service-related issues, and identifying new opportunities to grow business with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via various contact channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Advise customers on how to use FedEx services and tools, promoting a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FedEx services, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
