About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing accurate information and guidance, and resolving service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers via different contact channels
  • Advise customers on how to use FedEx services and tools
  • Help customers resolve service-related issues
  • Identify new opportunities to grow business with customers
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
