We are seeking a Tender Systems Manager to become an integral part of our team at Cygnet. This newly established position underscores the operational significance recognized by our Executive Management Board. Candidates with backgrounds in commissioning, finance, or systems management may find this role particularly suitable.

Cygnet has been a trusted provider of health and social care services since 1988, catering to young individuals and adults facing mental health challenges, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism, and learning disabilities across the UK.

This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for hybrid work arrangements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior member of the Tenders Team, enhancing project management, administrative, and information management systems.
  • Identify new tender opportunities aligned with Cygnet's capabilities.
  • Maintain Cygnet's visibility on commissioners' tender portals.
  • Develop a comprehensive database of all contracts, including frameworks.
  • Compile a database of relevant health and social care contract opportunities.
  • Respond to commissioners' needs to uphold Cygnet's position on contracts and frameworks.
  • Establish a centralized repository for tender-related information.
  • Assist in crafting high-quality, successful bid responses, including necessary business information.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the creation of compliant and winning bids.
  • Facilitate project management of bids up to submission, which may involve writing and reviewing technical questions and method statements during peak periods.

This pivotal role ensures Cygnet remains a leading provider of mental health, learning disabilities, autism, and other services to the NHS and Local Authorities by securing new contracts and maintaining existing ones.
