Job Title: Compensation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Tender Manager at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing public tenders, contracts, and framework agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct line management of a Tender Specialist team
  • Monitoring public sources for new tenders, contracts, and framework agreements
  • Coordinating the completion of tender and questionnaire documentation within strict deadlines
  • Reviewing and approving tender responses to ensure high-quality submissions
  • Maintaining comprehensive tender records and documentation
  • Providing guidance and instruction to our client's employees on tender processes
  • Negotiating with customers and managing post-submission activities

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing public tenders, ideally in the life sciences, materials research, or industry markets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and compliance requirements
