Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the review of tender documentation and spearhead the creation of comprehensive tender proposals.
- Utilize architectural expertise to review and ensure quality control of technical sections within tenders.
- Conduct thorough research to grasp project scope, objectives, and limitations.
- Compile a detailed list of clarifications, exclusions, and compliance for each project.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate their insights into proposals.
- Organize and assemble all necessary documentation for tender submissions.
- Assist in the calculation of costs and pricing, ensuring alignment with tender requirements.
- Guarantee that all tender submissions adhere to deadlines and comply with established guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous records of tender activities, communications, and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Professionally trained as an architect or engineer with a solid grasp of architectural principles and project management.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Prior exposure to or understanding of architectural tendering processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices in architecture.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient writing skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while engaging with various stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
