About the Role

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced Tenders Operations Manager to join their team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new tenders opportunities and developing and maintaining the firm's presence on commissioners' tenders portals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research new tenders opportunities to support business growth
  2. Develop and maintain a database of all contracts, including frameworks, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  3. Build and maintain a database of relevant health and social care contract opportunities to support business development
  4. Develop and maintain a tender's library/CRM of accessible information to support bid writing and submission
  5. Support the development of high-quality, bid-winning responses, including the completion of relevant business information
  6. Research and scrutinise documents to identify insights to support the writing of compliant and winning bids
  7. Support the project management of bids through to submission, including writing and reviewing technical questions/method statements

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in tenders, project management, project administration, operations, or PA/EA roles
  2. Methodical worker with high attention to detail and strong Excel skills
  3. Highly organised with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
