Senior Tenders Manager - Specialist Mental Health and Social Care

Compass Associates is proud to be working with a leading provider of NHS Commissioned Services within Health and Social Care to recruit for a Senior Tenders Manager to join their Bids and Tenders Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tender strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Tenders Director to identify and evaluate contract opportunities.
  • Lead a small team of Bid Writers to ensure high-quality tender responses.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational and business leadership within the care sector.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with a focus on quality assurance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage a small team.
  • Good commercial awareness and a deep understanding of tenders and bid writing.
