Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective tender strategies to maximize the probability of winning complex projects.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage tender teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business capabilities and resources to prepare tender submissions of excellent quality.
  • Coordinate and prepare all internal and external meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure proper checking of all deliverables and internal documents in accordance with good practice, procedures, and governance.
  • Follow all Board decisions and indications and guidance from the line Manager (Tendering Director).
  • Understand the key technical aspects of the tender to coordinate and challenge the technical aspects of the tender.
  • Full understanding of the project technical and commercial risks, completing this understanding with the inputs from the team subject matter experts.
  • Promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors, and other external contacts.
  • Support on agreeing commercial arrangements with Joint Venture partners.
