Tender Response Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager - Tender Response, you will be responsible for leading the development of tender responses for TotalEnergies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing project plans with key milestones, participants, timelines, and actions for approved opportunities.
  • Formulating structured, compelling, and tailored responses, working with commercial and technical SMEs, and ensuring that the value proposition is included.
  • Creating and updating tender project trackers, ensuring traceability and accountability for all actions.
  • Responsible for final quality checks prior to submission.

Long-term Tender Projects and Strategy

You will be responsible for:

  • Continuously updating the tender library, ensuring TotalEnergies is ready to respond to any opportunity that helps deliver the B2B & B2G Long-term Plan.
  • Liaising with the TotalEnergies, TEMUK sales teams, TG&P, and other UK Group companies for lead generation, cross-selling, and resolution of relevant sales issues.
  • Working closely with the TECS marketing team to develop and update EV sales tools (sales presentations, brochures, case studies, market studies, promotions).
  • Supporting clients with working knowledge of the technical requirements and as an effective interface between internal/external operational teams (installation core layout & equipment requirement, on-site/grid capacity & upgrade).
  • Building new business propositions, quotations, and preparing rollouts together with the commercial, marketing, and operations team.
  • Active monitoring and engagement of public/private tender organizations and websites.

Qualification/Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, writing, and delivery of complex bids, with evidence of successful results.
  • Good knowledge of new energies, 5 years' commercial experience is desirable.
  • Good relationships and ease in matrix management, demonstrated through experience in an operational or project management or marketing strategy & implementation role.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and above all, a team player.
  • Flexible and agile attitude in a rapidly growing environment.
