About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Tender Manager to join our team at Executive Integrity | B Corp™. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the tender process to produce competitive proposals that meet client specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact during the tender phase, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients.
  • Tender Coordination: Gather and coordinate information from all relevant departments, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks within tenders, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Cost Calculation: Calculate costs based on departmental progress and data, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Tender Updates: Update tenders according to clarifications and negotiations, ensuring that our proposals remain competitive and aligned with client requirements.
  • Negotiations: Conduct price and contract negotiations, with support from technical and contractual teams, to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Tender Process Alignment: Align with established tender processes and hand over to the Project Manager, ensuring a smooth transition and successful project delivery.
  • Tender Analysis: Analyze the success of tenders and determine bid/no bid decisions, ensuring that our resources are allocated effectively.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry exhibitions and conferences to stay informed on market developments and best practices.
  • Compliance: Comply with company policies, programs, and procedures, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our values and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of management systems, ensuring that our processes remain efficient and effective.
  • Policies and Procedures: Communicate and enforce policies and procedures to employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in offshore operations, particularly within geotechnical services.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the offshore industry.
  • Approach: Thoughtful, thorough, and conscientious approach to work.
