Position Summary:
We are seeking a Tender Proposal Specialist to join our team, focusing on the preparation and submission of proposals for public health initiatives and governmental projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Tender Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the creation, composition, and submission of tenders aimed at the public sector, with a primary focus on opportunities within the National Health Service (NHS), Local Authorities, and Central Government.
- Ensuring that all submissions meet the specified requirements, uphold quality standards, and are in alignment with our organizational values and offerings.
- Collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams to craft compelling and competitive proposals.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, public sector procurement methodologies, and best practices.
- Updating and managing a bid library to ensure that all content is relevant, current, and easily retrievable.
- Providing strategic insights on proposal approaches, competitive assessments, and key themes for success.
- Participating in proposal evaluations, editing, and final production processes.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in drafting public sector tenders, particularly within the NHS.
- A proven history of securing public sector contracts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with UK public sector procurement practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.

Contract Type: Contractor (Outside of IR35)
Location: Remote, UK
Maximum Daily Rate: £350-£450 per day
