  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings.
  • Technical proficiency: Competence in CAD software and Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities are crucial.
  • Educational background: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
