Reed is recruiting on behalf of an SEN school in Bournemouth for a Payroll Administrator on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in the education sector, work with a friendly team on a temp to perm contract as a payroll administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting timesheet data twice a month.
- Assisting with payroll month end for salaried and hourly staff.
- Rota calculations, cross checking reports, processing salary adjustments, looking after payroll queries, organising and communication deadlines for timesheets.
- Dealing with petty cash.
- Looking at any invoices.
- Reception support where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a payroll administrator.
- Strong MS skills/knowledge.
- Customer service/reception skills.
- Experience/exposure to payroll.
