The role involves providing strong administrative support, contributing to the strategy by working on projects, and implementing new initiatives to move the department forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line support on HR queries, including contracts, policies, and pensions.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including drafting ads and managing staff requisitions.
  • Handling the new starter process, from offers to onboarding and payroll setup.
  • Ensuring compliance with right-to-work checks, references, and certifications.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documents, systems, and reporting (e.g., payroll, sickness, surveys).
  • Supporting training, reward, and recognition activities, including STAR awards and salary reviews.
  • Assisting with benefits administration, invoice coordination, and intranet updates.

  • Experience in a HR role.
  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
