Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Project Support Specialist to join our team at Essential Employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of project objectives, working collaboratively with the project team, wider HR function, and Service Unit colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the project team in organising project activities, preparing presentations, monitoring progress, and facilitating meetings.
  • To manage the flow and effective sharing of information within the project team and across the organisation.
  • To engage with the wider HR function and Services to ensure that changes that could impact the project are identified and tracked as appropriate.
  • To undertake both quantitative and qualitative research, analyse the results, and present findings to the project team.
  • To set up operational systems and procedures required by the project and support their transition into business as usual.
  • To assist with relevant internal governance processes to ensure direction and authorisations are received at each stage of the project.
