Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Project Support Specialist to join our team at Essential Employment. The successful candidate will provide support to the project team in delivering the project's objectives, working collaboratively with the wider HR function and Service Unit colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in organising project activities, preparing presentations, and monitoring progress.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including note-taking at key project-related meetings.
  • Manage the flow and effective sharing of information within the project team and across the organisation.
  • Engage with the wider HR function and Services to ensure that changes that could impact the project are identified and tracked as appropriate.
  • Undertake both quantitative and qualitative research, analyse the results, and present back findings in an organised and structured way to the project team.
  • Set up operational systems and procedures required by the project and support their transition into business as usual.
  • Assist with the relevant internal governance processes to ensure that direction and authorisations are received at each stage of the project.

About the Role: This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
