Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR professional with a strong employee relations skill set to join our team as a Regional Employer Relations Partner. This role will involve working across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, South, South West, and London on a hybrid basis, with the ability to travel to sites when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business with operational employee relations matters, providing appropriate and relevant employee relations advice and guidance.
  • Identify risk and alternative options to facilitate appropriate and commercially focused outcomes.
  • Work autonomously to effectively manage case work and supervise one People Advisor.
  • Ensure the service to customers is accurate, responsive, and delivered in a timely way.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the Employee Relations Lead as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proficient level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent writing and language skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to advise competently on cases in a timely manner and work effectively in line with policy and best practice guidance.
  • Regularly deal with complex employee relations issues, using analysis, experience, and expertise to facilitate appropriate and timely outcomes.
