Seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial functions of a growing SME manufacturing business in Christchurch. Key responsibilities include managing a small transactional team, overseeing monthly accounts and management reporting, sole responsibility for payroll of 50 staff, cash flow management, debtor management, and VAT. Ideal candidate will have recent end-to-end payroll experience, preferably with Sage Payroll. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth and development.
