About the Role

The Senior Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the administration team and the administration function of the care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer care to residents and families, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Manage administration duties efficiently, professionally, and timely, including greeting and escorting visitors, conducting viewings, and handling telephone and email enquiries and correspondence.
  • Carry out financial management tasks, manage basic recruitment administration, maintain contact with other Colten Care departments, and handle client admission and occupancy records.
  • Support the Home Manager with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operation of the care home.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and organized individual with a proven track record in administration and/or reception. You will demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence in person-centred care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of supervising a team and a proven track record in administration and/or reception.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Flexibility, approachability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
