About the Role

The Senior Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the administration team and the administration function of the care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including financial management, recruitment administration, and client admission and occupancy records.
  • Support the Home Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in all administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with other Colten Care departments to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in supervising a team and a proven track record in administration and/or reception.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering excellence in person-centred care.
  • Confidence in literacy and numeracy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Flexibility, approachability, and a strong work ethic.
