**Part Time - HR Administrator**

Location -Central Bournemouth

Salary
- £10,291.84 (depending on qualifications and experience) 2 days 9-5pm

We are looking for a person who would be flexible in working extra days to cover annual leave and extra work load at times. Would suit a mum at home.

An exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator has arisen at UK Supported Living Service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Highly organised and have the ability to plan ahead.
- Proactively respond to HR queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Collate and provide data to finance for monthly payroll, including starters, leavers, timesheets and overtime/expenses

**Must Have**:

- High levels of attention to detail.
- Highly organised and have the ability to plan ahead.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a busy office environment.
- An ability to remain confidential and have the skills to remain compliant with all company documentation.
- A hard working attitude and the ability to build relationships quickly.

**Essential skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar HR/Administrator role.
- Previous experience being the first point of contact for payroll and employee queries.
- Experience with Microsoft packages including Office and Excel.
- Ability to balance a number of responsibilities in a busy but exciting environment.

**Job Type**: Part-Time (2 days 8 hours per day office based + flexibility to work more when needed)
