Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to HR, Recruitment, and Training functions, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services to employees and management.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a HR environment, preferably in an administration or advisory role.
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
  • Proven administrative experience working with high-volume workloads.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Able to offer great customer service and proactively help colleagues.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
