The Role:

In this pivotal position, you will provide essential leadership to ensure that vulnerable adults and their families within the Bi-borough receive the support necessary to lead healthy and independent lives. A thorough understanding of national policies, best practices, and regulatory frameworks related to adult social care and the NHS is essential. You should possess a solid grasp of the Care Act, safeguarding protocols, deprivation of liberty safeguards, and mental capacity legislation.

Your expertise in implementing best practices for vulnerable adults will be complemented by your ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex settings and cultivate productive relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders. Experience in fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture and managing budgets while utilizing feedback for service improvement is expected.
