About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager to lead our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of children within our borough. You will manage a team of dedicated social workers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure effective safeguarding practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of social workers in delivering high-quality safeguarding services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve child protection outcomes.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex safeguarding cases.
