About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated social worker to join our Children's Services team in the London Borough of Newham. As a social worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families, working to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to identify and address the needs of children and families
  • Develop and implement plans to support children and families, working in partnership with other agencies and professionals
  • Provide guidance and support to children and families, promoting their independence and self-sufficiency
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and services to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting children and families
