Please note that this position requires full-time office attendance; hybrid working is not an option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries effectively.
  • Open new files, prepare for billing, and draft basic legal documents.
  • Handle mail, post, and emails, along with incoming calls and general secretarial/reception duties.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide updates as necessary.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to empathize and remain calm in challenging client situations.
  • Experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant within a Conveyancing department.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Background in legal administration.
  • Able to work under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Conveyancing or Property departments.
  • Certification as a Legal Secretary.
  • Familiarity with Post Completion processes.
