About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Assistant and Conveyancing Coordinator to join our team at 360 Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Commercial and Conveyancing departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to our Commercial and Conveyancing teams, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with the coordination of conveyancing transactions, including communication with clients and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Commercial or Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
